At House of Virality, we invest significant time, effort, and resources into every project. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we’ve outlined the following cancellation and refund terms for all our services and studio bookings.
1. Service-Based Projects (Marketing, Content, Ads, etc.)
Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations must be requested via email at contact@houseofvirality.com.
- If cancelled within 24 hours of payment, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the project is already in progress or partially delivered, no refund will be issued. Any unfinished deliverables will not be shared unless full payment is completed.
Cancellation by House of Virality:
- In rare cases where we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or the project will be rescheduled with client consent.
2. Studio Bookings
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation made 48 hours or more before the scheduled time: 100% refund of booking amount.
- Cancellation made within 48 hours: No refund, but rescheduling may be allowed once, subject to availability.
Rescheduling:
- One-time rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for a booked shoot, service call, or studio slot without prior notice will be considered a No-Show, and no refund or rescheduling will be applicable.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment only.
5. Custom Packages & Offers
- All custom service packages and discounted offers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
