1. Digital Deliverables
- All final files including videos, creatives, strategy documents, and reports will be delivered via email, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.
- Delivery timelines are communicated during project onboarding and vary based on the project scope.
- Delays due to revision cycles, pending feedback, or incomplete inputs from the client side are not our responsibility.
- Clients must download and back up all files within 7 days of delivery. File access links may expire after that unless otherwise discussed.
